Atmel AT89C2051-24SU 8051 microcontroller met 128B SRAM en 2KB Flash-geheugen (2kx8bit organisatie). Niet RoHS-conform. Bedrijfstemperatuur van -40 tot +85°C. SO-20 behuizing voor SMD-montage met 20 aansluitingen. VCC-bereik 2.7V tot 6V, bedrijfsspanning 2.7V tot 6V of 4V tot 6V. Klokfrequentie tot 24MHz (signaal 0-24MHz). 15 programmeerbare I/O-pinnen. UART-interface. Twee 16-bit timers. Voedingsspanning (op) 6.6V. Type: Microcontroller 51/8051 uit de AT89 familie.
